Key Responsibilities:
As a Groundskeeper, you must possess the following abilities:
--- Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks to keep our community in top-notch condition.
--- Grounds Maintenance: Help keep the community's lovely appearance alive by participating in landscaping projects.
--- Minor Painting: Touch up and enhance interior and exterior spaces.
--- Trash Outs: Provide effective trash-out services to apartments in preparation for incoming tenants.
--- Power washing: Maintain a clean, fresh appearance in communal areas.
As a Maintenance Technician, these skills are preferred:
--- Make-Ready/Turns: Carefully prepare each unit for occupants.
--- Electrical: Take care of upkeep and repairs related to electricity.
--- Plumbing: Take care of problems with water heaters, sinks, faucets, showers, bathtubs, and toilets.
--- Appliance Repair: Fix common household appliances such as washers, dryers, stoves, dishwashers, and refrigerators.
--- Drywall Repair: Skillfully repair drywall and other minor structural elements.
--- Painting: Help with painting jobs to preserve the attractiveness of our town.
--- HVAC Certification: Not necessary, but a plus.
Requirements:
A well-maintained set of tools for the Maintenance Technician position.
