ICS is responsible for protecting the company from cyber threats, engaging with Wells Fargo businesses, assessing information security risk, providing identity services, performing security engineering, and operating the ICS function.ICS pioneers solutions to secure customer information and enable our partners. This group's mission is to deliver seamless security for stakeholders by empowering the team to manage risk and provide proactive, innovative, and resilient solutions.This position is for the Divisional Business Services Lead (D-BSL) for the organization. This person will report to and provide support to the Head of Cloud Security for various functions such as:

  • Liaison between organization, Business Services Office and Finance teams for business operations associated with organization budget, headcount management, asset lifecycle management (tech refresh and organic growth), project planning coordination (Profecy) and time tracking (STAMP).
  • Attends weekly business review sessions with the organizational team to provide input and feedback from the organization teams as well as partnering with the Business Services Office on implementation of new or modified business routines.
  • Supports business case development, executive reporting, management routine coordination, and various support to the leadership team to meet commitments, and special projects.
  • Provide consultation to the leaders within the organization around organizational goals and strategies. Helps ensure alignment and support with higher level ICS and Technology goals and strategies. Responsibilities of these positions include:
    • Planning & Reporting - Managing headcount pipeline, monthly business review support with all new hire/backfill/contractor updates, along with weekly meeting routines with Leadership on any challenges or questions regarding hires, and supporting organizational lead to meet commitments, and special projects.
    • Provides Business Support functions, including gathering, organizing, and submitting meeting materials for recurring Information Cyber Security meetings
    • Manage and track all Conference, Travel, Training requests
    • Team Liaison - Acts as liaison to business partners to include the ICS Business Services (ICSBS) and Finance teams.
    • Thought Leadership - Acts as a strategic thought partner to organizational lead on impact-focused planning and prioritization, and surfaces key issues for awareness and action
    • Executive Presence & Deep Understanding - Demonstrates "executive presence" and is able to quickly establish credibility with executives and key stakeholders. Demonstrates deep understanding of key business and customer interests and needs
    • Support special projects and analysis needsRequired Qualifications
      • 7+ years of technology experience
      • 3+ years of Microsoft office suite experience such as PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and WordDesired Qualifications
        • Experience managing multiple medium technology development efforts within a major line of business
        • Ability to influence across all organizational levels, particularly senior management
        • 5+ years of accounting or finance experience
        • Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
        • Knowledge and understanding of information security function support
        • Ability to coordinate processes or projects and compile documentation
        • Highly refined and professional verbal and written communications
        • Ability to exercise independent judgment and creative problem solving techniques
        • Experience in gathering, analyzing and interpreting large datasets
        • Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
        • Knowledge and understanding of SharePoint
        • Knowledge and understanding of records management
        • Knowledge and understanding of Information Technology governance risk and compliance processes such as; policies, control standards, risk management concepts, or information securityJob Expectations
