Job Description Lighthouse Media is seeking an in-office (Monday-Friday), experienced, full charge bookkeeper who is accurate, has excellent communication skills, and is a problem solver. The ideal candidate has several years of QuickBooks and accounting experience, would enjoy working with television stations & cable networks, and a wide range of Christian Ministries. We offer a competitive salary based upon experience along with health coverage benefits and paid time off. Salary is in the $60,000 /- range depending upon experience and qualifications. This full-charge Accounts Payable (and Receivable) Bookkeeper will be solely responsible for accounting functions, and sales reports provided directly to the company president. The best candidate for this excellent opportunity will be highly analytical, able to multi task and complete time sensitive projects. They should be highly organized, detail oriented, and able to respond to situations as necessary. Requirements include: Experience with excel Accounting or business degree 3 year minimum of related accounting experience including QuickBooks (QuickBooks online preferred ) Ability to tie-off or trace back all accounting to the source documents Responsibilities include: Full cycle Accounts Receivable and Billing Full cycle Accounts Payable Multiple bank reconciliations and record keeping Analysis and preparation of reports Bill paying and payroll functions Lighthouse Media is a dynamic media placement agency that has Christian ministry clients that have television programs.
