About this role:The Business Execution Consultant will be a part
of the Enterprise Service Governance Office (ESGO) and will report
to the Initiatives Team Leader. This team is responsible for
identifying, planning, and driving strategic initiatives for the
ESGO. This role will need to quickly get up to speed on existing
ESGO processes, the services methodology and data model (e.g.,
service definitions, linkages to other inventories, legal entity
service relationships, service-based cost allocations),
relationships with complementary programs (business continuity),
and regulatory requirements (e.g., recovery and resolution
planning). This role will work closely with resources across the
ESGO, Recovery and Resolution Planning, Supply Chain Services,
Enterprise Analytics and Allocations, Information Technology,
Corporate Properties Group, Finance, and HR amongst other
partners.In this role, you will:
- Strategic Initiatives: Assist in the management of the
initiatives portfolio and prioritization & support the execution of
initiatives. A considerable amount of time will be spent evaluating
proposed initiatives and the impacts to downstream programs within
Recovery and Resolution Planning, RCSA (Risk, Control &
Self-Assessment), Finance, and Enterprise Business Continuity and
Resiliency. Effectively communicating with business partners and
appropriately escalating risks are key elements of the job.
- Sharepoint Administration for the ESGO; Design and manage ESGO
Team works and SharePoint content/Sharepoint Administration
- Onboarding & Training; ESGO documentation: Manage internal ESGO
team member onboarding and training; support procedure updates
- Business Resiliency Coordination: Maintain BCP plan and
complete all BCP activities
- Management Reporting: Assist in the development of metrics,
insights, presentations and narratives for leadership
- Stakeholder Communications/Change Management: Identify, build
relationships with, and support stakeholders; Help determine
stakeholder priorities and impacts when the ESGO goes through
transformations; author regular and meaningful stakeholder
communications, run stakeholder communications and meetings, and
support change efforts
- Support cross team efforts (like record retention, Business
reporting and metrics, business requirements for technology tools,
etc.) This role may be requested to support audit requests,
corrective action remediation, in addition to other service
initiatives within the Enterprise Service Governance Office. This
role may be requested to support Regulatory work specific by
quarter (i.e Material Entity ID and narrative submissions) and
Service Management quarterly and annual activities (i.e
Attestations and Service Criticality Mapping)
- Participate in a variety of assigned and ongoing business
operations to ensure success in meeting business goals and
objectives
- Determine areas of strength or Business Execution opportunity
within defined scope of work
- Utilize independent judgment to guide moderate risk
deliverables
- Present recommendations to develop, implement, and monitor
strategic approaches, effectiveness of support function, and
business performance improvement opportunities for managing risks
of the business
- Exercise independent judgment and provide guidance in diverse
support functions and operations for a single business group within
a line of business
- Collaborate and consult with leaders and executive
managementThe ideal candidate will be well organized,

and accountability
- Ability to influence, partner, and negotiate with senior
business leaders to gain commitment to accomplish business
goals
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication
skills
- Experience communicating in both written and verbal formats
with senior executive-level leaders
- Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and
work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and
accuracy
- Ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear manner
- Experience in Process and Control design and improvements is a
plus
- Experience in AGILE is a plus, as well as experience using
JIRA
- Experience with Business Resiliency/Business Continuity
