About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst...In this role, you will:

• Lead or participate in moderately complex initiatives as part of a technical professional in the field
• Provide a broad expertise and unique skills used to develop company objectives and standards
• Contribute to large scale planning such as economic research in support of management decision making for a business unit
• Research key forecasting projections as well as management of financial reporting to support monthly and quarterly forecasting
• Perform work on significant and unique issues involving data and evaluation or highly complex situations
• Develop strategies and make recommendations for forward financial planning
• Lead team to meet the implementation of complex projects impacting one or more lines of business
• Establish effective and efficient reporting delivery that meets brand standard and internal control standards
• Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goalsRequired Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of Finance experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications:
    • A BS/BA degree or higher in one or a combination of the following: Finance, Accounting, Analytics, or Reporting
    • Ability to successfully operate in a complex and matrixed environment
    • Financial services industry experience
    • Ability to communicate effectively, in both written and verbal formats, with senior executive-level leaders
    • Experience working with changing priorities and deadlines
    • Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities
    • Extensive experience with FP&A primary and alternate hierarchies
    • Deep knowledge of AU procedures, maintenance, and creation
    • Experience with large databases and mining customer level data
    • Ability to synthesize complex analytical findings into executive level communications
    • Essbase and/or SmartView experience
    • Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills
    • Knowledge and understanding of Tableau and/or Power BI
