mission of the ASML Global Finance - Business Insights and Control
(BI&C) team is to enable high quality business decisions that
enable business value (and execution) by providing trusted insights
and visibility to key decision drivers and financials via
collaboration and through challenging the business. The Finance
Business Controller - BI&C position will support key financial
aspects of strategic ASML Global Account Teams and US Customer
Service operations. The US BI&C Customer value team is part of
a global team, including teams in Asia and Europe. You will report
to the US team lead BI&C Customer Value.This position requires
access to controlled technology, as defined in the Export
Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. - 730, et seq.). Qualified
candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled
technology prior to beginning work. Business demands may require
ASML to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to
access controlled technology.Role and responsibilitiesProvide
critical business support to a large Global Business Customer
Account, US CS (Customer Service) management, and Finance VDT
(Value Driving Team) colleagues with a focus on key areas including
Lithography System sales, Field Upgrades and installed base service
activities.Collaborate with various departments to carry out
financial planning processes, ensure accuracy and alignment of
financial forecasts (MOR, TAP, LE), and generate reporting that
provides compelling business insights aimed at driving actions to
improve current and future business performanceFacilitate the large
customer Global Account Team and US CS Team to achieve key
financial objectives and corporate priorities in areas including
revenue, margin, cash flow, and managing quarter end risks and
opportunitiesUphold the Deal Structuring Team (DST) and provide
transactional authorizations ensuring adherence to corporate
approvals and business policiesAct as a liaison to drive
stakeholder alignment (Sales, CS, VDT, Corp. Accounting, Order
Management Desk, Business Lines, Legal, Tax, etc.) to continually
improve processes, decision support and instill accountability in
financially executing sales agreementsContribute to commercial
proposals and customer agreements via integral financial insights,
deal calculations, and presentation materials to optimize business
opportunities and achieve account team and corporate financial
targetsParticipate in advanced analytic tooling projects (combining
business competence with highly automated data-driven technical
tooling improvements) and other leading business insight
improvement related initiativesMay travel approx. 5%-10% domestic
or international and will participate in occasional
outside-of-business-hour collaboration calls with Global BI&C
Customer Value or other relevant global teamsThis finance role

and experienceMinimum Education is a B.S. degree in finance,
accounting, business, economics, data science, or related field.
Graduate degree is a plus (MBA, MACC, etc.)Minimum 4-7 years
relevant work experienceSkillsBusiness partner roles with emphasis
on supporting: commercial teams (including complex deal
structuring), customer service operations, contract review and
execution, short and long term financial planning and reporting
(revenue, margin, cash, etc.), and large financial transaction
authorizations and reviewExperience and skill with analytic tooling
projects, system automation initiatives and strong capability to
identify and drive process improvement projects.Experience and
understanding of accounting and tax principles, and achieving key
financial objectives and corporate priorities, including revenue,
margin and cash flow targets, and managing quarter end risks and
opportunitiesProficient use of Microsoft Office suite programs and
other required software applicationsKnowledge of backend SAP,
reporting systems, and automation software (e.g. Spotfire,
Power-BI, RPA) is a major plusMust have strong competency to digest
and interpret data, information, and documents.Work experience in a
collaborative global/international finance and or business teams is
a plusSemiconductor industry or high tech experience is
