Job Title:Senior Commercial Card Implementation AnalystLocation:CityScapeWhat you'll do:As a Commercial Card Implementation Analyst, you will be responsible for partnering with our Client Relationship Managers, Treasury Managers, and Portfolio Managers when a new or existing client wants to add a premium Commercial Card program to their portfolio. You will also be responsible for delivering exceptional client support during the implementation process. That would include but not limited to, online platform training, payment training, virtual card maintenance, reconciliation and reporting training and connection. You will need little to no supervision for your day-to-day activities being executed at a high level and can essentially manage each implementation on your own as if it was your own business portfolio of clients.What we are looking for:

  • Being the "go-to" for the client within their first few months using their new Commercial Card program
  • Can deliver client training at all levels of technical awareness, real-time service support, and deliver proactive details to the client to exceed their expectations
  • Technical experience in internal banking and external systems
  • Can communicate and collaborate with internal colleagues to meet client needs
  • Proactively identifies opportunities to implement new processes and procedures
  • Able to communicate and network at all levels
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of Commercial Card Programs, virtual products, payable automation, and accounts payable processes
  • Ability to look for program growth opportunities and work with appropriate relationship owners to provide potential leadsWhat you need to have:
    • Desired Education - bachelor's degree (must have high school diploma)
    • Have a least 3+ years in Commercial Card Implementations, Project Management, Leadership, Analytics, or a combined experience.
    • Experience working on a CRM system (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365)
    • Technical reporting experience with Visa, Mastercard, American Express
    • Experience or working knowledge of accounts payable systems (ERP'S), platforms or accounting practices
    • Previous experience with FIS or TSYSCompensation: Salary range for new hires is generally $76,560.00 - $94,575.00 for Las Vegas, NV. Salary amount is determined by specific job location.
