A media company is in need of a Remote Marketing Solutions
Public Notice Representative.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
Entering ads into the AdBooker, G3, and Wave2 programs
Performing administrative duties including answering phones and
checking messages
Analyzing data using Microsoft Office programs
Required Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office software
Excellent verbal communication skills with a keen sense of
efficient telephone etiquette
Must be able to type at least 50 wpm for data entry
Handle confidential information with discretion according to our
guidelines
Attention to detail skills including excellent spelling and grammar
in a fast-paced environment
