Job Description:
ABM, a leader in facility solutions, is looking to hire a
Janitorial Project Manager to oversee janitorial operations within
educational institutions. This managerial role includes planning,
directing, and coordinating activities concerning the cleaning,
maintenance, and upkeep of facilities. As a Janitorial Project
Manager, you will work closely with school administrators to ensure
a clean, safe, and inviting environment for students, faculty, and
staff, aligning with ABM's commitment to excellence in service
delivery across the educational sector. Develop and implement
janitorial strategies that enhance the cleanliness and upkeep of
educational facilities. Manage and train janitorial staff and
conduct regular performance evaluations. Liaise with school
administrators to ensure janitorial services meet or exceed
expectations. Monitor and maintain budgets related to janitorial
and maintenance projects. Ensure compliance with all health and
safety regulations. Regularly evaluate the efficacy of cleaning
protocols and products, initiating improvements or changes as
required. Strong leadership and people management skills Ability to
manage budgets and resources effectively Excellent communication
and interpersonal skills Knowledge of cleaning best practices and
industry standards Ability to plan strategically and manage
