Client: Our client, a fast-growing company in the home improvement
and construction industry, is expanding their team and seeking an
Order Entry Representative. This is an exciting opportunity to join
a stable organization with strong internal culture, long employee
tenure, and a track record of customer satisfaction. Job
Description: The Order Entry Representative will support
operational efficiency by accurately entering and maintaining
customer orders. This role involves close coordination with field
teams, vendors, and internal departments to ensure accurate, timely
processing of cabinetry and related product orders. Key
Responsibilities: Input new work orders and customer selections
into internal systems Track and update delivery and installation
schedules Ensure purchase orders reflect correct pricing based on
client contracts Collaborate with field teams to revise orders
based on job site measurements Communicate with clients to clarify
missing or incomplete information Process change requests and
maintain organized records Maintain accuracy across email and order
tracking systems Perform administrative duties to support order
workflow as needed Qualifications: 1–2 years of experience in
customer service, order entry, or administrative roles High school
diploma or equivalent (GED) required Background in construction,
home improvement, or cabinet production a plus Strong
organizational skills and attention to detail Clear verbal and
written communication skills Ability to prioritize tasks and meet
tight deadlines Customer-first approach and a problem-solving
mindset Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus Willingness to be
trained on company software systems Additional Details: Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM (30-minute lunch) Start Date:
Flexible, ideally by June 23 Interview Process: 1 virtual interview
