Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and
minimum 1 years Special Education Teacher experience required.

considered. This opportunity is for a Special Education Teacher
serving grades 6 through 11 within a K-12 school setting located in
Buckeye, AZ. The position is a contract role extending through the
current school year (CSY) and requires a commitment of 37.5 hours
per week over five days. Responsibilities include designing and
implementing individualized education programs (IEPs), adapting
curriculum to meet diverse learning needs, and collaborating with
general education staff and families to support student success.
The role focuses on providing specialized instruction to students
in grades 6-11, fostering an inclusive and supportive classroom
environment. Qualifications and Desired Experience: - Valid
certification in Special Education - Experience teaching special
education to students in grades 6-11 - Knowledge of IEP development
and compliance with state and federal regulations - Strong
communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with
students, parents, and staff - Ability to adapt teaching methods to
