What You Will Be Doing

This Supervisor will be responsible for supervising Engineering related activities that supports the overall business goals and customer expectations. Participates in the implementation of Engineering related initiatives and projects. Investigates and solves technical problems with designs and documentation.

What You Need for this Position

• Understanding of the role of Change Control within an Engineering and Manufacturing organization
• Strong problem solving and organizational skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and training skills
• Proficiency in administrating Solidworks and AutoDesk
• Experience with E-10 (Epicor product) is a plus
• General knowledge of weld, machining & overall manufacturing process & equipment
• Experience with interfacing with suppliers to support process development and cost reduction for new products
• Management/Supervising (Required)
• Semiconductor industry (Strongly Preferred)
