Lead Principal Integration and Test Mechanical Engineer to be part
of our Integration (Build) and Test team in Launch Vehicles at our
Chandler, AZ facility.Job ResponsibilitiesThe candidate will serve
as a Lead Integration and Test Mechanical Engineer (Sr. Principal)
for the MBRV-11 Program, requiring the candidate to function in a
dynamic multi-disciplinary environment. Daily responsibilities may
require direct contact with sensitive launch vehicle flight
hardware and ground support equipment. The candidate may be
expected to help develop, plan and/or perform integration and
testing activities associated with the assembly of flight hardware,
testing of assembled systems and components, or execution/support
of live fire tests (static and/or flight) at various facilities or
launch ranges. Specific duties may include:Hands-on integration or
testingDeveloping/maintaining proceduresIncorporating
hardware/tooling design changesDeveloping/planning/coordinating
integration activitiesCoordinating with suppliers and procurement
officeCreating digital/physical mockups and toolsComplying with
strict aerospace standardsSupporting live fire static testing and
flight test eventsBasic QualificationsMinimum Education /
Experience: 5 Years with Bachelor of Science in Mechanical
Engineering; 3 Years with Master of Science in Mechanical
EngineeringCandidate must possess or have the ability to obtain a
U.S. Passport for travelCandidate must currently have ACTIVE DoD
Secret level security clearanceStrong written and verbal
communication skills; ability to present to large customer
communityHands-on mechanical aptitudeAbility to solve problems,
support troubleshooting efforts, drive tasks to completionAbility
to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-taskAbility to work
in a team environment, and lead small projects or teamsAbility to
travel: Travel expectation 25%Experience with aerospace

USD - $135,600 USDEmployees may be eligible for a discretionary
bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to
