Job Description:

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Principal Packaging Engineer in Chandler, AZ. Summary: The Principal Packaging Engineer will focus on managing programs and projects for the advanced development of IC packaging. This person will work directly with organizational leaders within an advanced R&D organization as well as key customers to drive and coordinate development and implementation of advanced technology solutions. Activities include:

Program and project management
Key customer interface discussions
Follow-up and progress assessment meetings
Collaboration and coordination across all organizational units and resources to drive and execute R&D projects to meet and exceed client expectations
Lead cross functional teams among design, characterization, and process development to implement and optimize designs for new and advanced IC package technologies
