Kforce has a client that is seeking a Test Engineer in Chandler, AZ.

Summary:
The Test Engineer will be responsible to develop, design, integrate, verify and document custom Acceptance Test Equipment for Engineering Development and Production product acceptance testing. This includes both Electronics Hardware and Software design. The overall objective is to ensure accurate and repeatable test systems meet all customer specifications for microwave products.

Key Tasks:

• Test Engineer will work with other Engineering disciplines to develop, capture and document test requirements
  
• Generate detailed test procedures from design phase through production
  
• Design custom RF/microwave test systems utilizing
  
• Create electronic test system schematics
  
• Design test equipment hardware and software, select and procure equipment necessary to obtain desired results and accuracy, integrate and/or build automated test systems of high complexity; Design, code and debug computer/data acquisition systems necessary for automated testing in National Instruments' LabVIEW, TestStand or similar software
  
• Code test software and integrate command and control functions with RF hardware
  
• Lead technical team in design and build of test systems; Direct technicians in test equipment procedures; Create, forecast and maintain project schedules; Participate in Program Team meetings
  
• Facilitate and contribute to Peer Reviews; Release formal documents, procedures, schematics and drawings; Adhere to formal processes and standards
  
• Support Production troubleshooting of complex electronics units
  
• As a Test Engineer, you will perform cost estimating and support new business proposal efforts
  
• Support continuous process improvement activities including Kaizen, 5S practices to ensure an organized and efficient working environment, and personal development
  
• Understand, decompose, and define product and process requirements to support testing through development, sustaining and R&D
