Disney Imagineering!The Project Engineer is responsible for
coordinating and integrating technical, architectural, and
facilities engineering aspects of Design & Planning (D+P)
disciplines, from conceptual design through construction, for
specific land, park, or resort projects. This includes
collaboration with Creative, Show, and Ride teams.You will report
to the Project Design Manager.What You Will Do
- Facilitate technical coordination of design documents, models,
specs, and basis of design among design disciplines and divisions,
considering operational requirements.
- Build, maintain, and track an Issues Resolution Log (IRL),
collecting design issues, assigning responsible parties, and
monitoring progress.
- Organize and facilitate design review sessions and ICE
(Integrated Concurrent Engineering) meetings.
- Handle directives, submittals, and change justifications.
- Ensure quality assurance and control for design documentation
and field construction.
- Coordinate document release processes between disciplines and
document control.
- Manage project plans and schedules, supervising project teams
to maintain workflow.
- Track facility punch lists and provide technical feedback for
project decisions and contractor change orders.
- Resolve questions related to construction documents, field
conditions, and RFI responses.Required Qualifications & Skills
- 4+ years of relevant experience.
- Effective communication and interaction with project teams,
including field leads and key departments.
- Coordination experience across design disciplines through
discussions and work sessions.
- Solid understanding of BIM, Revit, and CADD.
- Knowledge of design, engineering, construction methods, codes,
and contract documentation.
- Experience with large, complex, multi-disciplinary projects is
preferred.Education
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Architecture is
required.
- An advanced degree and professional license are preferred.This

RangeThe annual salary range in California is $94,200 to $126,200,
with actual offers based on experience, skills, and geographic
location. Compensation may include bonuses and incentives, along
