Job Description:
Position: NPI Project Manager Job Description: What You’ll Be
Doing: Leading complex cross functional and global projects. Leads
project calls, assigns work and manages project to timeline and
outcomes. Stakeholder management—Leads stakeholder management
sessions and keeps various management abreast of potential issues
by maintaining open lines of communication. Creation of project
related process documents. Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days in
office) We’re Looking For: Requires in-depth knowledge and
experience of NPI Engineering and Project Management. Solves
complex problems; takes a new perspective using existing solutions.
Works independently; receives minimal guidance. Contributes to
process improvements. Typically resolves complex problems or
problems where precedent may not exist. Knowledge of engineering
and manufacturing processes. Knowledge of business processes.
Strong communication skills. Conflict Resolution skills. Experience
using Jira and Microsoft Project. Experience with Macros in Excel.
Nice to haves: Green Belt Certification, PMP Certification.
Experience / Education Typically requires a minimum of 2-3 years of
related experience with a 4-year degree; or 10 years and no degree.

Opportunities LI-SH1 Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate: $76,800.00 -
$106,700.00 Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from
posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work
experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between
base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at
