Foresight Technologies, a leader in integrating advanced technologies like AI and automation into manufacturing processes, is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role is critical in developing and enhancing efficient, high-quality manufacturing systems that align with cutting-edge technological advancements. The successful candidate will be instrumental in bridging the gap between traditional manufacturing practices and innovative, automated solutions that drive industry 4.0 initiatives. Design, implement, and refine manufacturing processes and equipment using principles of lean manufacturing and automation technologies. Work closely with the R&D department to integrate AI technologies into production workflows to improve efficiency and quality. Conduct process analysis and implement continuous improvement strategies to reduce waste and increase productivity. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality, and maintenance, to troubleshoot and optimize manufacturing operations. Develop and maintain documentation for manufacturing processes, including process flow charts, equipment layouts, and work instructions. Proficiency in CAD software and engineering design tools. Strong understanding of automation and smart manufacturing technologies. Experience with statistical analysis and process optimization techniques. Excellent communication, teamwork, and project management skills. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Manufacturing Engineer (CMfgE) desirable. Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus.
