Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday WillowWood Global LLC of Mesa,
Arizona is seeking to hire a Manufacturing Maintenance and
Facilities Technician responsible for ensuring all plant equipment,
utilities, and facilities operate safely, efficiently, and reliably
in support of production operations. This position plays a key role
in performing preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical,
electrical, and building systems; supporting equipment
installations and facility improvements; and assisting in
maintaining compliance with all safety, health, and environmental

Manufacturing Maintenance and Facilities Technician is responsible
for all aspects of facility operations, maintenance strategy, and
equipment reliability. This is a hands-on, non-supervisory role
working under Engineering, responsible for preventive maintenance
(PM), troubleshooting, and corrective repairs to minimize downtime
and support production. This role ensures all plant systems,
utilities, and equipment operate safely, efficiently, and reliably
to support manufacturing operations and company growth. This
position partners cross-functionally with Operations, Engineering,
and EHS to drive continuous improvement, reduce downtime, and
support operational excellence. Essential Responsibilities
Preventive & Predictive Maintenance (Primary) Execute scheduled PMs
on manufacturing and support equipment (e.g., lubrication,
inspections, adjustments, filter changes, belt/chain checks, and
basic verification checks). Document PM completion, findings, and
follow-up actions in the CMMS/work order system. Identify
developing issues and recommend corrective actions to improve
reliability and reduce unplanned downtime. Troubleshooting &
Corrective Repair (Primary) Diagnose and repair mechanical and
electrical failures on production equipment (motors, drives,
gearboxes, pumps, conveyors, pneumatics/hydraulics, sensors, etc.).
Perform basic electrical troubleshooting (e.g., 24V controls, motor
starters, relays, switches, VFD fault triage) and coordinate with
Engineering/qualified resources for specialized controls work as
required. Disassemble/replace components, reassemble, test-run
equipment, and verify safe operation before releasing equipment
back to production. Maintain accurate repair notes including
symptoms, root cause (when known), parts used, and corrective
actions. Facilities & Utilities Support (Secondary) Support upkeep
and repair of building systems and utilities (basic HVAC support,
compressed air, plumbing, lighting, doors/locks, carpentry, and
general facility repairs). Assist with equipment installations,
moves, and facility improvement work (mounting, anchoring, running
basic utilities where permitted, coordinating shutdown windows).
Coordinate with vendors/contractors as directed by Engineering
(escort, safety requirements, and post-work verification). Safety,
Quality, and Compliance Follow OSHA safe work practices including
lockout/tagout (LOTO), machine guarding, PPE, and safe
lifting/rigging practices. Maintain clean, organized work areas (5S
mindset) and support compliance with site procedures and quality
requirements. Communicate clearly with Engineering and Production
regarding equipment status, risks, and repair timelines.
Qualifications Education High school diploma or GED required;
technical school, apprenticeship, or equivalent hands-on industrial
experience strongly preferred. Experience Minimum 5 years of
progressive experience in maintenance, facilities, or manufacturing
operations. Proven track record of leading maintenance teams and
managing preventive and reliability-centered maintenance programs.
Demonstrated success in planning and executing capital and
facilities projects. Experience with maintenance management systems
preferred. Experience with ISO and/or FDA-regulated environments
preferred. Skills & Abilities Strong mechanical and electrical
aptitude with the ability to diagnose complex equipment issues.
Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills across all levels
of the organization. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
(Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams). Knowledge of Lean
Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles preferred. Strong
organizational abilities with focus on results and accountability.
