Job Description:
Johnson Controls, a global leader in smart building
technologies, seeks a dedicated Quality Control Supervisor to join
our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for
overseeing our quality assurance processes and maintaining the high
standards that are synonymous with our innovative, eco-friendly,
and secure building solutions. This role is crucial in ensuring
that all products meet rigorous quality standards before they reach
the market, reflecting our commitment to customer satisfaction and
sustainability. Oversee the daily operations of the quality control
department. Develop and implement quality assurance policies and
procedures. Conduct and supervise inspections and tests on
materials and products to ensure adherence to established quality
standards. Analyze data from quality testing to identify areas for
improvement. Prepare reports on quality control activities and
share findings with upper management. Coordinate with other
department supervisors to implement quality measures. Manage a team
of quality control inspectors; providing training and support as
needed. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal quality
assurance and safety regulations. Strong analytical and
problem-solving skills Excellent leadership and team-management
abilities Proficient in quality control methodologies and
statistics Ability to use quality inspection tools and software
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and systems Medical

Engineer (CQE) Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational
Excellence (CMQ/OE) Six Sigma Certification (Green Belt or
