Defense Systems (ASDS) organization is currently hiring a Program
Management Office (PMO) Integrated Product Team Lead (IPTL) for the
Specter portfolio to join our Tucson, AZ location. This role
provides an exciting and challenging opportunity to work in a
dynamic environment where you will collaborate with engineering
disciplines, program management, and the customer to ensure
successful execution of program schedules and deliverables. You
will play a vital role in supporting PMO activities, managing
proposals, and aligning cost and schedule objectives across the
program. As the PMO IPTL, you will lead efforts to ensure seamless
coordination between the customer, program management, and
Integrated Product Team Leads (IPTLs) to meet program goals and
objectives. This is an onsite role located in Tucson, AZ. What You
Will Do Assist with Program Management Office (PMO) activities to
support program execution and customer engagement. Collaborate with
the customer and internal teams to develop, review, and submit
proposals. Execute and maintain the program schedule, ensuring
alignment with technical and programmatic objectives. Work closely
with IPTLs to understand and manage cost and schedule performance
across the program. Provide status updates and briefings to program
management and key stakeholders. Support coordination of
cross-functional teams to align program priorities and
deliverables. Facilitate knowledge transfer and promote
collaboration across Integrated Product Teams (IPTs). Ensure
adherence to program budgets and schedules while meeting technical
requirements. Provide input to risk management activities and
assist in the development of mitigation strategies. Act as a
liaison between engineering, program management, and the customer
for program execution. Qualifications You Must Have Typically
requires a Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or
Mathematics (STEM) and 8 years of prior relevant experience.
Experience with program scheduling and managing cost performance.
Experience directly interfacing with customers and managing
proposal development efforts. Experience with Earned Value
Management System (EVMS) and cost tracking tools. Active and
transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is
required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only
U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance. Qualifications
We Prefer Advanced degree in Engineering, Business Administration
(MBA), or a related field. Strong collaboration and communication
skills, with the ability to coordinate across multi-disciplinary
teams. Experience working in a Program Management Office (PMO) role
on defense or aerospace programs. Familiarity with Integrated
Product Team (IPT) structures and cross-functional collaboration.
Strong knowledge of cost and schedule management tools such as MS
Project or equivalent. Understanding of contract proposals,
including Basis of Estimate (BOE) development. Knowledge of the
Specter portfolio or similar defense programs. Proficiency in Agile

role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a
good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX
