create a safer, more secure world. What You Will Do We are
currently hiring a Test Architect Engineer responsible for the test
strategy and architecture on the Standard Missile (SM) -6 program
focused on increasing production capacity and efficiency. This
leader will develop, maintain and ensure the test strategy is
optimized to meet program end-goal objectives. The role requires
critical interaction/event planning with the Chief Engineers,
software team and system integration and test team with a focus on
test processes, embedded test, factory operations, and other
functions. The person fulfilling this role will also be mentoring
junior Test Architects across the SM-6 Programs. Join this team to
perform technically challenging assignments which will directly
contribute to protecting our nation and our warfighters.
Responsibilities to Anticipate: Responsible for driving test
strategy covering critical aspects of the SM-6 program production
efforts while defining/enabling metrics to gauge progress.
Facilitates the transition between Engineering Development and
Production Test Program Phases to optimize production assembly and
test solutions. Responsible for defining or optimizing test
environments and requirements to ensure on-time deliveries and
maximizing productivity. Responsibility for maintaining
traceability between factory testing and system specification
Responsible for understanding/tracking test coverage, supporting
factory flow analysis and test resource needs Responsible for
interfacing and coordination with internal and external
organizations on test strategy, coordination, execution, and
reporting activities. Extensive interaction with Program Managers,
Directorate Leads, Chief Engineers, and Technical SMEs. Coordinate
with other program IPTs/CPTs to draw on their subject matter
experts to address emergent issues across the systems, software and
hardware domains. Represent the interests of the Systems
Engineering and Test Conduct (SE&TC) directorate on the
program. Interface with the customer community on a regular basis
to share test status, issues, and address programmatic concerns.
Have a good knowledge base for Model Based Systems Engineering and
how to use this in Integration and Test for the test strategy.
Mentoring junior Test Architects in the performance of their duties
This position may require domestic and international travel
Qualifications You Must Have Typically requires a Bachelor’s of
science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a
minimum of Ten (10) years of prior relevant experience. Experience
in Integration and Testing Active and transferable US
government-issued security clearance is required prior to start
date. US citizenship is required as only US citizens are eligible
for a security clearance Qualifications We Prefer Experience
working with customers to develop program integration and test
strategies Graduate or able to enroll in the Raytheon Test
Architect Development Program Platform Integration and Test work
with surface ships and/or land-based missile systems Production
line testing experience Statistical analysis experience towards

salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary
range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all
