Test Engineering Manager - ChandlerCITYChandler, AZCOUNTRYUSACONTRACT TYPEPermanentThe role:Working as a Test Engineering Manager based in Chandler, you will:

• Manage and plan test engineering resources for the development and maintenance of high volume IC manufacturing test setups.
• Report weekly on progress of ongoing development projects.
• Mentor, train and guide the test engineering team.
• Act as a primary interface for test engineers to resolve technical issues.
• Drive and establish new test approaches and concepts, improve test efficiency.
• Hold reviews of test program source code and test hardware.
• Conduct appraisals, goal setting, motivation of the team.
• Ensure that Dialog's development procedure is followed.What we are looking for:
  • Strong technical background in ATE test development and production test of mixed signal IC.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in people management.
  • Very good communication skills.
  • Ability to take decision and to prioritize work demonstrating strong leadership and operational management skills.
  • Ability to establish culture of open communications and demonstrate leadership ability for innovation.
  • Outward looking, positive individual with leadership skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and with multi-site, multi-national design teams.
  • Strong written and verbal English is essential.
  • Flexible to undertake international travel at short notice.
  • Self-motivated and service-minded.
  • Ability to work both independently and part of a team.
