Areas of support include academics, special education, finance, IT, facilities, food services, HR, communications and marketing, compliance and construction. The goal of Vertex Education is to be a resource and service to schools that are not able to offer these services in-house. Vertex currently manages 19 schools comprising 23,000 students and over 2,000 employees.POSITION OVERVIEWThe role of the Enrollment and School Support Manager is to supervise, support and ensure campusefforts to maintain accurate student registration and attendance information in the studentinformation system. The Enrollment and School Support Manager organizes and oversees campusregistration activities and customer service with the school registrars and through the role ofsecretaries. The position is also responsible for organizing, reviewing and analyzing internal auditsas well as providing data, records and reports needed to complete required internal and externalaudits. The Enrollment and School Support Manager is responsible for organizing and preparinginternal reports and analyzing data trends to increase overall enrollment and improve systems andprocedures. The Enrollment and School Support Manager is responsible for hiring, training andsupporting regional registrars and administrative coaches. Finally, the Enrollment and SchoolSupport Manager will assist, support, and work closely with registrars, secretaries, administrators,and other team members in providing educational service to our schools.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSNote: The essential functions below describe the general requirements of this position and are not intended to be an exhaustive statement of duties.   • Manage Campus Registration via registration of new and returning studentsRegistration Plan
  • Responsible for managing enrollment and re-enrollment activities for allstudents in AZ and NV
  • Communicate annual registration plan and calendar
  • Utilize Schoolmint/OLR to facilitate and implement registration plan
  • Assist in updating forms on annual basis
  • Regularly audit Schoolmint/OLR communications and process RegistrationActivities
  • Provide assistance with school events to support registration and enrollment
  • Track, analyze, evaluate and report on enrollment data and trends
  • Monitor new registrations, withdrawals, attendance
  • Enrollment tracking
  • Reporting on the accuracy and completeness of enrolled students
  • Maintain enrollment counts for each designated campus
  • Ensure the integrity and accuracy of all student level data entered into the SISby registrars and secretaries
  • Track, analyze and communicate enrollment, withdrawal, registration andother student enrollment related data to all stakeholders
  • This includes creating reports and analyzing trends by school, region,demographic categories and grade levels, etc., year over year, in orderto better determine how best to support the LTS schools in enrollmentgrowth and stability.
  • Provide the leadership team with periodic reports on enrollment,attendance, and other important student factors.
  • Work with the academic and data teams to facilitate development ofacademic data tracking systems that interface with the SIS and allapplicable application systems.

  • Directly supervise Administrative Coordinators and indirectly supervise allschool secretaries in AZ and NV
  • Maintain parent background check policies and procedures to ensure studentSUPERVISORY & MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY
    • Leadership of and oversee Regional Registrars and Administrative Coachesa. Provide training and support to the team of regional registrars andadministrative coaches as well as Registrars and Secretaries as necessary.b. Assist the team of regional registrars with the planning, execution, and reviewof new student enrollment, re-enrollment, registration and the opening of newschools.
    • Assist the team of regional registrars and administrative coaches with theeffective implementation of the programs overseen in order to achieve Vertexand LTS enrollment and mission-driven goals.d. Work alongside and train regional registrars and administrative coaches toensure data that is entered into the SIS and all application systems byregistrars and secretaries is accurate.e. Write, update and maintain policy, procedures and process documentationi. Author all new policy, procedure and process documents1. Registration, attendance, withdrawals, front office support, etc.ii. Regularly review policy and procure documents for accuracy andintegrityiii. Communicate policy changes and updatesQUALIFICATIONSEducation, Certifications & Experience
      • Bachelor's Degree required
      • IVP Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card
      • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, Outlook, Google , especially Excel
      • 3-5 years of experience with student enrollment and/or experience as a registrar
      • Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop and lead staff
      • Demonstrates program development and implementation skills
      • Ability to interact positively with parents, teachers and administrators
      • Ability to utilize Excel and other systems to track and summarize data and report the data in ameaningful manner
      • Experience with PowerSchool SIS preferred
      • Must have flexibility with scheduling in order to work hours necessary to fulfill job requirementsSpecialized Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
        • Proficient computer skills in Google Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, etc
        • Demonstrated strong command over written, oral and interpersonal communication skills, expertlydisseminating information to a wide range of stakeholders and remaining diplomatic in allinteractions
        • Highly self-motivated and directed Sound problem solving and decision making skills.
        • The ability to make decisions on a deadline in the best interest of the preschools and itsstudents
        • Exceptional composure. The ability to face challenges, disputes, and urgent needs with a cooldemeanor and an objective mind
        • Superior organizational and prioritization skills. The ability to plan, set short-term and long-termgoals, adjust priorities, and oversee programming at multiple campuses across a large geographicterritory
        • Eager for feedback and growth within a fast-paced, mission-driven environmentBACKGROUND CHECKS
          • The incumbent in this position will be required to pass a criminal history background check
          • Must be able to obtain and hold a valid IVP Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card at all times
          • Must have a valid driver's licensePHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS???????
            • This position requires the need to lift objects (up to 25 pounds) on occasion.
            • This position may require sitting for long periods at times, talking on the phone, standing, kneeling, stooping and long periods of concentration.
