Buena Vista Health and Recovery Centers is a growing, state of the art healthcare recovery clinic with multiple locations. We are currently seeking an Executive Director to join our team of passionate healthcare professionals at our Chandler, AZ Campus. This position is responsible for all operational, clinical, and compliance aspects of the--campus--including but not limited to: maintaining appropriate staffing levels, ensuring consistent delivery of full clinical programming,--ensuring--campus--daily operations are working effectively, adhering to the facility budget, and communicating routinely with Buena Vista's--corporate--team--regarding--support--needs and concerns.-- This role--will also monitor the performance of all operationally critical contracted services and report, address and resolve all related problems in these areas as they occur and as appropriate to the scope of this position.--
-- --Duties and--Responsibilities--

  • Implement all--Company's--campus rules, regulations,--policies,--procedures and--guidelines consistently--
  • Manage--all campus--operational activities. This--includes--developing and implementing plans for enhancing productivity, compliance and profitability--
  • Manages staff in accordance with Company polices, processes and procedures--
  • Works--directly with the Corporate Support team including HR,--Administration, Risk Management,--Finance, and Facility Management--
  • Responsible for overseeing the timely completion of the patient notes, records--and treatment plans--
  • Oversee development, completion, and adherence to curriculum--defined by the Company--
  • Responsible for managing the campus budget--
  • Implement and maintain the--Company's--organizational model of critical meetings that support compliance with all clinical, financial and operational aspects of the--campus--
  • Responsible for ensuring consistent tracking, monitoring,--accountability--and reporting--for operational and quality metrics defined for the campus--
  • Accountable for creating an environment and culture that focuses on fulfilling the organizations mission, vision and values--
  • Maintain--facility--standards--set by the organization as well as--Federal and State requirements--and--informs--Executive team of any deficiencies
  • Provide leadership, guidance--and support to the--campus--management--team
  • Participate in the--Company's--corporate organizational meeting structures and reporting processes--
  • Facilitates campus patient treatment planning meetings--and--staff meetings--to ensure effective communication and campus compliance--
  • Participate in local community events and functions as related to the provision of addiction treatment services--
  • Maintain good relationships with local civic, law enforcement and emergency services groups, healthcare partners and treatment advocacy groups--
  • All other duties as assigned by supervisor--
    -- Minimum--Qualifications
    • High School Diploma/GED
    • 5+--years' experience--in the--behavioral health/substance abuse recovery field
    • 3+--years' upper-management experience--in the behavioral health/substance abuse recovery field
    • A working knowledge of behavioral health management practices and clinical operations--
    • Advanced knowledge of state and federal regulatory and various accreditation requirements related to behavioral health management
    • Working knowledge of operations and financial management--
    • Proven expertise in leadership--and employee--development--in relevant topics such as--people management,--communication,--change management, strategic thinking etc.
    • Strong influence, business acumen--and--decision-making skills
    • Strong communication--(both written and verbal)--and interpersonal skills
