My Email Job Description CHANDLER UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT JOB DESCRIPTION-- CLASSIFICATION: SUPPORT EXEMPT TITLE: ACCOUNTING OPERATIONS MANAGER/CSB DIRECTOR REPORTS TO: CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER-- SALARY: GRADE LEVEL 124-- Job Goal:To serve as the Director of the Chandler School Boosters and serves as the Accounting Operations Manager who assists the--Chief Financial Officer.-- Minimum Qualifications--
    • Bachelor Degree--or equivalent--coursework--and experience--
    • Three or more years of relevant experience
    • Good human relations and communication skills
    • Broad knowledge of relevant district, state and federal policies and laws
    • Skill in reading, interpreting,--understanding--and applying relevant federal, state and--CUSD--rules, regulations,--policies--and procedures--
    • Excellent computer skills and ability to work with standard software products--
    • Satisfactory criminal background check Core Job Functions--
      • Serve as the Director of the Chandler School Boosters (CSB)
      • Provides financial oversight for the CSB
      • Prepare financial data and works with local CPA firm for completion of CSB tax return
      • Prepares quarterly tax returns for the CSB
      • Conducts--trainings--and--creates training materials for the CSB
      • Responsible for formal communication on behalf of the CSB
      • Supervise CSB Administrative Assistant and Business--Office Account Technicians
      • Oversee the District's banking related services
      • Oversees merchant accounts and PCI compliance
      • Perform and review bank and fund balance reconciliations
      • Assist--with--maintaining--the General Ledger and--assisting--with special projects
      • Audit--liaison--for the Business Office--
      • Conducts Districts--trainings--and creates training materials
      • Oversight of crowdfunding platforms, procedures and training
      • Prepares and processes a variety of statistical and financial reports for District, County and State
      • Oversight of all District nonprofit organizations and community nonprofits that are partnered with--the--District
      • Assists with District elections
      • Assists with internal audit procedures
      • Perform other duties as assigned
