methodologies employed by utility scale developers globally by
removing all steel racking associated with PV (photovoltaic)
plants, installing the solar panels directly on the earth's
surface, and optimizing the design and operation resulting in the
lowest cost green electron on earth. -Erthos is intently focused on
proliferating our patented "Earth Mount Solar" technology and
methodology across the globe, enabling developers to accelerate the
deployment of green energy at a speed never before thought
possible. -Once installed, the panels are cleaned by our autonomous
robotic cleaner (affectionately referred to as our "ErthBot").In
February of 2022, we completed our Series B financing round, led by

You'll Be Doing: ***Please note that this role is a full-time in
office position located in Chandler, Arizona. -Many of the roles we
have at Erthos can be full-time remote. -However, as this role is
responsible for overseeing all aspects of our manufacturing
process, you will need to be located within a reasonable driving
distance from Chandler and be physically present in the office each
day.***Erthos has designed several components to optimize the solar
plant installation and operation. -Some of these components are
made in house, some made by contract manufacturers, and some
procured directly from vendors to our specifications.The Erthos
Manufacturing Manager will oversee the daily operations of our
manufacturing facility - currently in Chandler, Arizona, USA. They
coordinate, plan, and direct all the activities that go into the
production process, including quality and safety. They also oversee
our contract manufacturing process, from specifications thru
selection to production oversight. The Manufacturing Manager will
help to:
- Set up the machines and a safe environment for production
- Manage the workflow for a production project
- Establish production processes
- Ensure efficiency during the process
- Oversee the quality assurance of produced materials or goodsIn
conjunction with the above, manufacturing manager will perform the
following:
- Establish goals for production, and coordinate a plan to meet
those goals
- Ensure production stays on schedule
- Maintain manufacturing tools inventory
- Ensure production tools meet calibration standards
- Establish a culture of "Safety First" in manufacturing
- Establish a culture of Quality in manufacturing
- Assure products meet quality standards
- Write production reports
- Analyze production data and optimize for efficiency
- Direct an efficient layout of equipment and flow of
materials
- Manage factory personnel (full time, part time, and/or
temporary labor)
- Ensure workers and equipment meet performance and safety
requirements
- Watch for hiccups in the process, and actively seek out
opportunities to improve operations
- Hire, train, and assess the performance of workers
- Support workers as questions, concerns, or feedback arises
- Supervise staff and delegate tasks to employees
- Communicate with other departments, such as the financial
department to establish budgets, HR department to hire new workers,
or the logistics department to ensure the delivery of
productsQualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in manufacturing, business, or engineering is
preferred
- Prior manufacturing experience is required
- Lean Six-Sigma certified (minimum, Green Belt) preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Excellent team-building and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage cross-functional
team members
- Technical competencies in manufacturing (e.g., technical
drawings, blueprints, CAD/CAM, SolidWorks)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other industry software
- Oversee forklift certifications, training, and operations
- Manage logistics within the warehouse (packaging for shipment,
etc.)
- Familiarity with UL and IEC production standards and
qualifications
- Willingness to travel within the U.S. (and possibly
internationally) to visit our manufacturing partners and potential
partners, as necessary
- Be able to stand for long periods and carry weights up to 85
lbsCompensation and Benefits:

range is flexible, although we are targeting a base salary of
approximately $60,000 - $100,000 based on experience. -If your
