Job Description:

We are looking for high level experienced Operations Manager in the Emergency Restoration Industry to lead the Mitigation and Reconstruction teams. Must be highly motivated, a self-starter, goal orientated and possess attention to detail. Daily Responsibilities: * Supervise and lead the Mitigation team * Oversee Subcontractors and/or Vendors * Manage Project Mangers on all construction activities and job costing of assigned projects from start to finish * Work closely with the Project Manager in the formulation and maintaining the construction schedule through the start to finish of a project * Proficient in the writing estimates and supplements in Xactimate * Assist in reviewing and approving of scopes, supplements, revisions, shop drawing submittals * Supervise subcontractors and vendors to ensure quality control and project compliance. * Resolve problems as they arise from the plans and specifications, unknown existing conditions, conflicts, with Customers, PM, Designers, Subcontractors and/or Vendors * Effectively and efficiently manage the completion of all punch lists * Ensure that all construction work performed is of the highest quality * Coordinate activities of a variety of tradespeople, professionals, and laborers * Ensuring the job site clean and organized on a daily basis Requirements: * Strong leadership, motivational, and organizational skills * Ability to prioritize work, and perform physical work when required * Knowledgeable in Construction and regulations with extreme attention to detail * Knowledgeable in Mitigation processes and IICRC standards * Excellent written and oral communication skills * Must be self-motivated, proactive, highly organized and customer-service focused * Responsible for accurate and timely project documentation including all field time cards and material request. * Ability to adjust personnel and equipment resources as needed to resolve construction problems and to avoid project delays * Integrity, Honesty, Value Driven, Dependable and Reliable Experience Required: * Minimum of 10 years' experience in Construction and Superintendent experience * Knowledgeable of all commercial and residential related building codes and requirements * Ability to communicate proficiently in English both written and orally * Able to comprehend scopes, plans and drawings * Must be willing to work weekends and nights when required * Must have a valid AZ driver's license and a clean driving record * Must be fluent on the computer and basic software * Proven track record of successful projects * Must have a clean record of no felonies or convictions To Apply Please submit cover letter, resume, and salary history and references Drug-testing and proof of citizenship or immigration status is a requirement of employment. * Principals only.
