Responsibilities include providing daily direction to a team(s) assist in assigning work using established policies & precedents, schedules, day to day workflow, and operating costs across multiple programs which may include tooling development projects supporting manufacturing needs. Provide weekly status of projects to senior management. May be involved in staff or professional groups, on-going operational tasks of organizational groups. Policy Involvement, executes department procedures that typically affect individual employees within their own department. Knowledge of Production plan CDR, Manufacturing Readiness Level (MRL), Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and Design for Manufacturability by tying ENG to MFG with the Digital Thread is desirable. Provides guidance to engineering regarding design concepts and specification requirements to best utilize equipment and manufacturing techniques. Ensures processes and procedures follow regulations. Basic Qualifications: This position requires Bachelor of Science Engineering degree plus minimum of 5 years of experience. 3 years with MastersU.S. Citizenship is requiredAbility to obtain secret security clearance is requiredSalary Range: $93,800 USD - $140,800 USD Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
