Job Description:

Summary:Responsible for delivering regional sales targets as well as develop & lead the execution of regional growth strategy consistent with BU strategic plan and priorities in the annual operating plan.

  • Development of sales strategy to achieve growth
  • Deliver regional sales target in the annual operating plan
  • Lead sales and app eng to establish a solid opportunity pipeline to meet longer term growth objectives
  • Secure design wins on must-win projects defined annually with marketing & GM
  • Develop and manager higher level customer relationships
  • Meet KPIs including customer satisfaction, forecast accuracy, pricing actions and contractual obligation
  • Effectively working together and influence across functions (marketing, operations)
  • Develop and retain talent Essential Functions:
  • Develop and successfully execute product value sales strategy in line with the overall ROLINX growth strategy by
    • Developing full understanding of customers and markets, customers' business, buying decision and criteria... and competitors' advantage and disadvantage etc.
    • Expanding business into new markets and customers that are aligned with BU strategic focus
    • Delivering annual sales targets (volume & profit)
    • Achieve customer loyalty targets
    • Building relationships with senior management at premium customers
    • Networking across power electronics industry
    • Ensure optimal planning and forecasting
      • Ensure realistic and timely sales forecasting
      • Ensure forecast accuracy & support an effective S&OP process
      • Reinforce use of and demand planning systems, Teams and processes
      • Lead App Engineering team to achieve business goal as defined in strategic plan and AOP plan. Inspire team member to meet customer to win project and bring unmet request of customer to development and marketing team.
      • Inspire App Engineering team to continuously improve in innovation, design, speed of execution, and development. Give direction and lead the team with full ownership for all new product/process/alternative material developments.
      • Standardize and define processes within or cross departments to guarantee a smooth and swift execution of operations. Optimise or build out new procedures where needed to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.
      • Manage the department budget, resources, time and tasks to ensure the completion of milestones on time, with an eye for the critical success factors and return on investment. Make use of both internal and external resources efficiently.
      • Other duties as assigned. Qualifications:
        • Master's in sciences or MBA with +/-10 years' experience in international b2b sales through leading and managing sales and account management teams or relevant general management experience
        • Track record of sales growth and successful new product launches/market penetration
        • Strong communication and interpersonal skills allowing individual to convey message to customers and to engage cross departmental teams
        • Experience with forecasting and demand planning processes
        • Demonstrated effective use of process improvement toolsets into technical/engineering environment (could include lean, six sigma, design experiments, root cause analysis, etc.) is an advantage
        • Proficiency and working knowledge of MS Office and CRM-system like
        • Fluent in English
        • Travel Requirement: 50 %
