The Enterprise Content Management Services technology portfolio consists of over 70 applications and delivers over 80 business cases each year. As a suite of horizontal critical applications, there is need to facilitate agile scaling processes for significant cross-functionally impacting efforts as well as continue to drive agile adoption across all levels of the organization and with business partners. In this role, you will:

  • Support ECM L4 General Managers on complex cross-products functions.
  • Support L3 product teams (Repository Services) on defining product structure, cabinet and roadmaps.
  • Play liaison role with business partners, finance partners, risk managers and and Agile Governance team, overseeing overall roadmap executions.
  • Support product managers on analyzing significant cross-functional impacts involving project, non-project, or maintenance work
  • Uses empirical data to help the product team(s) assess their Scrum Maturity, optimize scrum team velocity to organizational OKRs/KPIs, and identify improvement opportunities to achieve higher levels of team performance
  • Guides the scrum team(s) and organization to follow generally accepted Agile/Scrum practices and daily activities to actively promote prioritization, team readiness, and commitment for each Sprint
  • Proactively addresses systemic impediments to team agility and guides the team(s) on methods to escalate when needed to prevent challenges from becoming blockers
  • Partners with Product Owners, Program or Project Managers to communicate delivery of work product from the scrum team(s) and escalates key risks and issues impeding scrum team effectiveness
  • Identifies skills & competencies of scrum team members & makes adjustments accordingly to promote development and highly effective teams Required Qualifications, US:
    • 7+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
    • 3+ years of knowledge and understanding of Agile operational metrics such as: Velocity, Predictability, Sprint burn-downs, and etc.
    • 3+ years of JIRA experience
    • 3+ years of experience moving teams and organizations from Waterfall to Agile methodologies and Agile Transformations
    • 5+ years of experience working in a large enterprise environment
    • 1+ year of Content Management Systems experience Desired Qualifications:
