About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Branch Banking Performance Management and Incentives Strategy Leader in Branch Incentive Strategies as part of Consumer and Small Business Banking. This role will oversee the development of branch banking's new incentive compensation designs, metrics, and performance management objectives. This leader is responsible for owning the process around development of incentive compensation, performance management objectives, recognition tools and resources for branch employees.   • Coach/Manage team of employees who are responsible for following processes and procedures in designing and developing the new incentive compensation and performance management objectives
  • Collaborate with stakeholders in branch banking leadership
  • Collaborate with technology partners in developing the new incentive compensation plan and its metrics
  • Review modeling outcomes, make recommendations and adjustments
  • Analyze process gaps and actively participate in risk mitigation by identifying and documenting existing controls and monitoring to be applied to incentive compensation and performance management processes
  • Communicate incentive compensation related topics with Branch Banking leaders and branch employees
  • Facilitate cross functional meetings including Branch Banking leadership and other partner group to plan, prepare, execute, and implement changes, influence outcomes and drive resultsRequired Qualifications:
    • 8+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, including Management experience, or equivalent experience demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
    • 4+ years of management experienceDesired Qualifications:
      • Finance experience
      • Risk Management experience
      • Risk and regulatory compliance experience
      • Ability to influence across organizational levels, particularly senior management
      • Strong project management skills including the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently
      • Knowledge and understanding of regulatory compliance requirements surrounding incentive compensation and risk management
      • Good analytical and modeling skills
      • Strong project management skills
      • Ability to interact effectively and confidently with senior management
      • Strong analytical skills
      • Strategic planning experience in translating leadership vision to executable strategies and initiatives
      • Experience with change management
      • Ability to coordinate, lead, and facilitate group meetings
      • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
      • Excellent verbal written and interpersonal communication skills
      • Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access, and Project) skillsJob Expectations:
