We're looking for an outside-the-box thinker who is fast on their feet and enjoys making a significant contribution to a dynamic, forward-looking business enterprise. You will:

• 
  
• Define, implement, and own the global 3PL strategy to support growth in multiple new markets
  
• Lead the 3PL strategy and selection, including participating in RFQs and contract negotiation.
  
• Manage the strategic and tactical performance of the all the 3PLs with a focus on the US market.
  
• Scale our3PL network to support Array's growth.
  
• Own the3PLbudget, invoice audit process, standard costing processes and models along with meeting all financial reporting deadlines.
  
• Manage 3PLs to drive continuous improvement, cost reduction, and adherence to contracts.
  
• Manage 3PLs scorecards and provider performance with the ability to analyze and mitigate risks.
  
• Be a leader in driving the integration into Array's automated supply chain tools
  
• Collaborate with Integrated Supply Chain team on forecasts, projects, global SOPs to leverage and implement best in class process to driver operational excellence.
  
• Manage and own physical inventory plan and execution including cycle counts
  
• Manage all 3PL inventory and traction accuracy and processes.
  
• Own inventory movement at all locations for both in/outbound materials.
  
  The qualifications you must have:
  
  • 
    
  • 10+ years3PL experience
    
  • Ability to negotiate, measure and manage 3PLs
    
  • P&L and budget accountability
    
  • Knowledge of domestics and internal logistics
    
  • Experience building internationallogisticssolutions
    
  • Knowledge around WMS systems and reporting tools
    
  • Ability to critically think and act quickly in a fast-paced environment with a lot of moving parts
    
    Our Preferred qualifications:
    
    • 
      
    • Comfortable interacting with ERP systems on a daily basis (SAP preferred)
      
    • Experience managinglogisticsteams in an outsourced manner globally
      
    • Able to collaborate well with people both inside and outside the company
      
    • Industry expertise in managing corporate3PL and logisticsspend
      
    • Must have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
      
    • Demonstrated ability to manage several initiatives simultaneously
      
    • Excellent analytical and project management skills
