JobID: 2066218-WQGDescriptionA Kforce client is seeking to hire a
Director of Characterization and Reliability in Chandler, Arizona
(AZ).Summary:This Director will be reporting to the Vice President
of Technology research and development and manages the group
responsible for product characterization from first Si through
qualification. You will be the manager of team responsible for
bringing all new advanced semiconductor products to market
involving pre-Si design spec definitions. For a Director of
Characterization and Reliability you will work on first Si
verification, datasheet spec validation, developing wafer sort,
final test, characterization programs, and reliability
characterization.Responsibilities include:
- A Director of Reliability and Characterization is working with
design, operations teams to create, execute characterization, debug
plans for circuit validation, screen development, and debug of any
non-conformance
- Process and device teams to develop a yield pareto correlating
wafer sort and final test failure mechanisms to bit properties thus
defining a path to yield improvement
- Involve reliability/technology certification (both standard
JEDEC and technology specific stresses)Requirements
- Master's degree in Physics, Materials Science, or Electrical
Engineering; Ph.D. degree preferred
- 10+ years of post-graduate product or R&D experience,
equivalent education and experience is required

workThe pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we
reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this
role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee
pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications,
certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location,
performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be
modified in the future.We offer comprehensive benefits including

disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried
personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible
for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a

determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation
