About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Project Manager for Release Management in Enterprise Deposits In this role, you will:

• Support the overall release management capabilities of Enterprise Deposits, including review, communication and management of implementations across the portfolio.
• Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring full understanding of impacts and comprehensive engagement.
• Engage with key stakeholders, executive leadership, project leads, project team, portfolio sponsors and portfolio leaders to promote success of programs and project performance. Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of Project Management and Methodologies, Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications:
    • Significant experience in implementation of software across a multi-stack environment. Job Expectations:
      • Engage and review all project work in order to assess release management involvement required.
      • Review all implementations for adequate code review, test coverage, defect remediation and overall quality of code.
      • Provide executive level communication of all events prior to, during, and after implementation of software.
      • Product/analyze and present metrics to ensure future implementation success.
