Responsibilities--Chairs QA--meetings and updates senior project management on project QA--progressCoordinate and chair the QA/QC site weekly meetings with the project's subcontractors' QC personnelVerifies that the construction contractors uphold contractor's obligations with respect to their quality program deliverablesEnsures existing systems are not impacted by QA--activities by enforcing QA--process & guidelinesReview documentation for completeness and compliance with best QA practice and in accordance with requirementsDrives the transition of equipment & systems to facilities ownershipPerform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programsContinue to develop and implement the QA/QC management programCoordinate with the customers representative on all quality mattersMeet with the owner or authorized representative to review the details of the contractor's Quality Control Plan's components, forms, control activities, testing and any other items to ensure a complete and mutual understanding of the QC plan and procedures and alignment with the site Quality Assurance Plan and project specificationsDistribute relevant QA/QC documentation to site subcontractorsVerify that all construction activities are in accordance with applicable codes, specifications and standardsParticipate in internal and external site auditsControl all nonconformance reports and manage to closureMonitor the implementation of the approved site Quality Assurance PlanCoordinate with the site construction manager on all quality issues and provide technical support to the QA ManagerCoordinate and chair the QA/QC site weekly meetings with the project's subcontractors' QC personnelAssure all technical documents relative to site quality control are utilizedManage Owner's 3rd Party Special Inspection AgenciesRequirementsMicrosoft Office Suite RequiredKnowledge of scheduling in the construction environment requiredHave experience with interpreting and enforcing contract requirements, drawings, specifications and applicable codesMinimum 3--years of semiconductor facility construction experience. Minimum 5--years of quality control management or industrial building Inspector experience.Must have knowledge of the applicable codes and standard for industrial construction, with a preference for semiconductor industrial experience. Candidate should have detailed knowledge of ASME B31.3, NFPA 70, NFPA 54--as well as general knowledge of other applicable codes and standards.10 years of large project and construction management experience preferred with strong results in meeting deadlines and cost requirementsEducationBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture or Engineering or 10 years direct field experience--PM20--Powered by JazzHRPI206814425
