Clarivate Analytics (US) LLC seeks Director of Market Access Client Operations in Chandler, AZ.Duties: Manage day-to-day business operations, including delegating responsibilities and working with reports to address technical challenges and respond to client inquiries in order to maximize efficiency, revenue, and client satisfaction. Pursue strategic and operational objectives aligned with the company's overall goals. Work closely with the leadership team to ensure all operational, administrative, and compliance functions within the firm are being properly executed. Compile and present key operational metrics to leadership, including project, program and portfolio level status, client issues, delivery risks, and costs. Work collaboratively with Commercial teams and clients, to articulate the business value and benefits, and design and deliver relevant solutions. Coordinate and ensure alignment between delivery/operations team and internal business partners, including Product Technology and Content Operations. Conduct program/project health checks to help assure program/project delivery including for example artifact, gate reviews, and monitoring for delivery to scope, time, and cost. Implement/maintain agile process, principles, and practices across market access data business operations. Use techniques that increase collaboration, predictability, transparency and promote a culture of experimentation and innovation across market access data teams. Hire and dismiss staff, manage and supervise performance results of the team members.
