Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Product Support.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Product Support engineers with
a customer-focused mentality
Champion the customer experience and manage the Product Support
team for timely issue resolution
Collaborate with Product and field teams to enhance support
operations and customer experience
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in technology or a
related field
At least 5 years of experience leading a product support team in a
SaaS company
Strong understanding of AI, emerging technologies, and product
lifecycle methodologies
Experience with executive-level customer communication and
management
Ability to quickly turn data into business insights and influence
outcomes as a thought leader
