Job Description:

A company is looking for an Associate Director, Diabetes Prevention.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and management of National DPP delivery organizations
Communication with DPA partners
Manage CHW efforts and implementation of SDOH assessment and linkage to HRSN

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree required, preferred degree in public health or health-related field
Knowledge of National DPP and DPRP Standards and Operating Procedures required
Passion for helping others improve their health required
Bilingual abilities (Spanish and English) are a plus
Experience facilitating trainings, webinars, and small group discussions required
