Job Description:

A company is looking for a Technical Program Manager for Office Technical Infrastructure Buildouts.
Key Responsibilities:

Work on cross-functional coordination between internal client teams, construction team, and vendors/service providers
Manage design, bid, implementation, and handover process for various technical scopes of work
Develop drawing packages, specification narratives, and implement smart building technology

Required Qualifications:

Strong project and program management capabilities
Knowledge of architectural design, commercial real estate construction processes, and mechanical systems
Vendor management experience and ability to read construction and engineering plan drawings
PMP or equivalent project management certification
