Job Description:

A company is looking for a Director of Business Expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze customer data to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within the existing customer base
Develop and implement strategic inside sales plans to drive customer expansion and revenue growth
Lead the execution of inside sales initiatives and monitor sales performance against targets

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
Minimum 10 years of experience in cross-selling healthcare services and technology solutions
Minimum 5 years of experience working within a CRM and supporting probability of winning analysis
Strong sales acumen with a deep understanding of sales processes and methodologies
Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to inspire and motivate inside sales teams
