Pay Rate

$2,747 weekly

Shifts: Nights, EOW; first to float, 12 hours

AZ state license required
Travelers must be able to titrate cardiac drips
Prophecy Dysrhythmia Exam required 24-48hrs prior to acceptance of a position.
Maximum attempts is 2: Required for: Ambulance Transport, Cardiac Cath Lab, ICU, CVICU, EP Lab, ER, Helicopter Transport (Flight), House Supervisor, PACU/Recovery, PCU, PICU, Pre-op/PACU, Stepdown, Telemetry/IMC, Transitional ICU/TCU units
Will float between all Tele and MedSurg units and could float to sister facility
Common diagnosis / Types of patients: Post cath lab, post vascular procedures, day 2 CABG patients, general tele. Amio, Cardene, Nitro, Heparin, Dobutamine to titrate down ONLY. No pediatrics, 15 y/o and older
Common diagnosis / Types of patients: 80% Surgical, 20% Oncology.
Required:
ACLS, BLS, COVID Vaccine Required, Crisis Protocol Approved
Ortho - JHACO certified knee and hip program

At least 2 years of experience
