We're growing our team here in Phoenix, AZ:Compensation: $19 / hourShift: We have 3 different shifts available:

• Shift 1 - Wednesday 1st Shift 11:00am to 5:00pm and Thursday thru Saturday 1st Shift 5:00am to 5:00pm (42 hours full time)
• Shift 2 - Wednesday 3rd Shift 11:00pm to 5:00am and Thursday thru Saturday 3rd Shift 5:00pm to 5:00am (42 hours full time)
• Shift 3 - Sunday thru Tuesday 3rd Shift 5:00pm to 5:00am and Wednesday 3rd Shift 5:00pm to 11:00pm (42 hours full time) Included Perks & Benefits:

        • You are responsible for overseeing the inside operations or outside operations.
        • You will address complaints from patients, families, client staff, and GardaWorld staff.
        • Excellent customer service is always your top priority.
        • You observe, survey the area and provide reporting on activity at your assigned location.
        • You provide rapid response in critical situations.
        • You're good with reading and writing detailed reports.
        • You know when and how to enforce customer procedures, regulations and standards. Your background:
          • You have Supervisor experience in Security
          • You are proficient with report writing, computer skills, self-accountability, and customer service
          • You have an Arizona Guard License
          • You have a high school education or equivalent (GED)
          • You're able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
