A 330 bed hospital in Arizona is looking for a MS/Tele nurse for a
13 week travel assignment. Submissions cannot have worked in
Arizona for the past 12 months/one year as a permanent staff
employee and does not have a currently active position at an acute
care hospital or hospital system in Arizona (meaning even staff
PRN). The right candidates will have 2+ years of current MS/Tele
experience and MUST BE ABLE TO TITRATE DRIPS. This is a COVID unit.
An active BLS, ACLS and an active AZ license (or compact) are also
required. Travelers could float to sister facility, Mercy Gilbert,
if needed. COVID vaccine is required, or religious or medical
declination form (with appropriate documentation). Travelers will
need to pass a dysrhythmia exam prior to start (with 2 max
attempts). There is also a pass/fail Sim Lab on day one of
orientation (study guides will be provided with first day
