Job Description $1,500 Sign-on Bonus Ask about our very generous Referral Bonus Program As a LPN, you will provide direct nursing care to the residents, and to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants and serve a vital role on the healthcare team. Our Staffing Ratio's have been successfully maintained throughout this pandemic Requirements LPN License Fingerprint Clearance Card within 30 day of employment - Facility Paid CPR Certificate within 90 days of employment - Facility Paid Benefits Referral Bonus Program: You are eligible for a $5,000 Referral Bonus if you refer an RN, LPN, or CNA. For every referral you make, you will receive an additional $2,500 per referral. The candidate must be hired full time and remain full time at the time of each incremental payout.
