Experience:

--- 24 months of role experience is required.

--- 3 months of experience with Cerner is preferred.

Requirements:

--- Candidates must have a Arizona license or compact license in hand at the time of application.

--- This role may require floating to additional units and locations

--- Candidates must live at least 50 miles away from this facility in order to be considered a traveler when applying for this role.

--- COVID vaccination required for onboarding. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

--- COVID booster required for onboarding. Declinations not accepted.

Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your on-boarding process.

An interview may not be available prior to offer.

Candidates being submitted cannot have worked (travel, perm, and per diem DO count) within the state of AZ in the last 12 months. They are ineligible to submit.

CommonSpirit AZ will do their best to provide a home base facility, however this may not be the facility clinician is regularly at.

Schedule will be made in advance, so traveler is aware of what location they'll be reporting to

Weekend Requirement: EOW

Floating Requirement: First to float; Could float to Mercy Gilbert

Call Requirement: None

Guarantee: 36 hours
