Job Description:

Cactus Flower Healing is seeking full and part-time licensed clinicians to join our team. You will manage a caseload of 20-25 sessions a week and perform clinical counseling services (including assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and treatment). In addition, you will attend monthly business meetings and weekly supervision. Remote and hybrid positions are available.

Requirements for the position include being licensed in the State of Arizona (at the associate or independent level). Compensation is hourly and paid out bi-weekly. Candidate must be aligned with our values of inclusivity, empowerment, and collaboration and work within a holistic model of healing.

In addition to hourly compensation, employees also receive:



--- Hourly Non-Clinical Rate: $25 an hour for 2 hours a week of indirect work
--- Supervision and Monthly Business Meetings: Non-Clinical Rate ($25 an hour)

--Paid Benefits:

--- 20 hours PTO at Non-Clinical Rate: ($500)
--- Training Stipend: $300 a year/half the cost of EMDR training for new employees
--- Simple IRA with 3% matching
--- Healthcare stipend for self-insured employees ($100 monthly)

Supervision is provided free of cost to you and occurs weekly
Free EMDR Group Consultation monthly (can be used towards Certification)

Responsibilities:
--- Perform clinical counseling services (including assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and treatment) to clients of Cactus Flower Healing
--- Collaborate with the client's treatment team (e.g. PCP, medication provider, etc.) as necessary
--- Complete timely written records for each client and keep client files accurate and up to date
--- Attend staff meetings and training as requested by Cactus Flower Healing
--- Provide counseling services in a professional and ethical manner. Be respectful, cooperative, and collaborative with co-workers
--- Attend regular supervision or consultation (individual or group) to meet standards set forth by the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners and best practice guidelines
--- Manage a minimum caseload of 20+ client hours per week (in addition to the time required for indirect services and consultation or supervision)
--- Maintain client records and sensitive information within the confines of HIPAA and Cactus Flower Healing policies.
--- Other duties, as assigned

Qualifications:
--- Align with Cactus Flower Healing's mission, vision, and values
--- Must be punctual in reporting to work and willing to work nights or weekends
--- Master's Degree in counseling, social work, or another related human service field; and hold an active, unrestricted license (LCSW, LMSW, LMFT, LAMFT, LAC or LPC) in the State of Arizona
--- Available to conduct at least 20+ client sessions per week (as required by position), provided such sessions are available and referred/scheduled by Cactus Flower Healing
--- Be organized and detail-oriented and able to work independently on tasks assigned
--- Have strong written and verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
--- Working knowledge and experience utilizing DSM-5 for assessment and diagnosis
--- Training in, and utilization of, trauma-focused modalities. EMDR training or willingness to be trained in EMDR within six months required
--- Computer literacy and experience using Electronic Health Records
