Job Description Opportunity for a full time Internal Medicine Physicianto join our team. The IM Physician is responsible for the delivery of adultpatient-centered medical care services as well as providing generalprofessional guidance of primary care staff. Requirements:Completion of anaccredited medical school, internship and completion of the certificationexamination by the medical board of examiners.Must have apermanent and unrestricted license to practice medicine or osteopathy inArizona. Must have currentboard certification in Internal Medicine and maintain certification.Must have currentmedication dispensing license (DEA).Experience andtraining must have been progressive and responsible, demonstrating goodknowledge of current principles, practices, methods, and techniques in thefield of medicine.Three years ofexperience in an outpatient medical clinic or comparable setting is preferred.Experience in a community health center setting is preferred.Current BLScertification is required.Current ACLScertification is preferredMust pass acriminal background check with a Class I Fingerprint Clearance Card within theinitial ninety (90) calendar days of employment.Must submit to a random testing duringthe course of employment.Must have anupdated Immunization Record prior to start of employment.Must have an updated Immunization Record prior to start of employment, including COVID vaccination record.
