Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM Experience: --- 24 months of role experience is required from any number of months. --- 24 months of Telemetry Unit experience is required from last 6 months. Requirements: --- Candidates must have a Arizona license or compact license (required for submission). --- This role may require floating to additional units and locations --- Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live > 50 miles from facility to be submitted.--- COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted. --- COVID booster required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted. --- Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted. Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your on-boarding process. Additional Details: ED Holds/Tele An interview may not be available prior to offer. ER float positions will require floating between different ER satellite locations in the area. A home base facility will try to be established, however this may not be the facility the clinician is regularly at. A schedule will be made in advance, so clinicians is aware of what location they'll be reporting to. Guaranteed Hours: 36 4 weekend shifts in a 4 week schedule First to float, could float to sister facility Mercy Gilbert Travelers will need to pass a dysrhythmia exam within 48 hours of receiving offer, through RELIAS, only (with 2 MAX attempts). Common diagnoses/Types of patients: ED holds waiting for placement on a unit, primarily MS/Tele Must have a strong cardiac tele background, preferably 2 years. Must be able to decrease cardiac drips per physicians' orders and parameters. Nurses will be caring for more tele patients VS medical. (MS/Tele travelers do not need prior travel experience Holiday Requirement Rotate in with the perm staff Scrub Color/Dress Code Navy May be asked to help with ED patients including vitals, IV starts and medicaton administration. Will not be asked to be primary RN for ED patient assignment. No Block Scheduling. 1 reference from last 3 years (Any reference type) - required for submission 1 reference from last 12 months (Manager/Supervisor reference type) - required for submission Driver's license required for submission Certifications: --- BLS (Basic Life Support) --- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
