Job Description Responsibilities As a Telemetry Nurse at SJHMC,
you'll play a crucial role in our patient care team. Your expertise
will be instrumental in caring for patients admitted to our unit,
many of whom are funneled in from other units. This unique patient
mix provides an excellent opportunity to build on your education
and experience in specialized service lines such as cardiac,
telemetry, orthopedics, neurology, critical care, surgical
services, and emergency. Tower 5 at St. Joseph's Hospital and
Medical Center is a 30-bed medical telemetry unit. The unit cares
for a wide range of medical conditions, including liver disease,
kidney disease, diabetes, and cardiac conditions. Tower 5 has so
much variety in its patients. You will learn something new every
day and never be bored. Many of our nurses are certified. There are
opportunities for members to participate in committees and support
the unit. Our patients, many of whom are underserved, greatly

routine heart rate, blood pressure, and pulse ox levels - Quickly
report and address any changes in condition - Patiently and
thoroughly explain tests results and procedures to patients and
family members - Educate patients on post-hospital care, including
prescribed medicine, care maintenance, and prevention Dignity

Qualifications Minimum: Graduate of an accredited school of
nursing. AZ RN license American Heart Association BLS certification
Preferred: BSN Professional certification in area of specialty One
